Return & refund policy

Ask for a return within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, with its tags and dust bag, and in the condition it arrived in.

Message us on WhatsApp +91 75675 11414 or write to hello@kutchcraft.in with your order number and a photo. We arrange a pickup where our courier reaches, and share a return address where it does not.

Once the piece reaches Bhuj and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges already paid are not refunded unless the piece arrived damaged.

Exchanges for a different colour or size are free within India on the first exchange — we cover the return pickup and the new dispatch.

Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Please film the unboxing where you can — it makes the courier claim much faster.

Custom-made sizes and personalised pieces, items damaged by use, and anything returned after 7 days. Natural variation in grain, colour and embroidery is not a defect.
